These are probably some of the funniest, cutest, and most honest music reviews you’ll ever see. The people over at Scrapple.tv run a weekly web TV show called Breakfast at Sulimay’s. The show takes place inside a diner in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philly. Every week, Bill, Ann, and Joe listen to some current artists and give us their honest, unadulterated opinions.
