BEARHAUS :: Head Underwater Mixtape
It’s been 8-9 months since my last concocted mixtape, Kibbles. So needless to say I’ve been a little overdue. It came together surprisingly easy, and the cover art above and the alt-cover art below also just kinda came to me.
When I first created this play listen I didn’t really try to go for a theme. I haven’t since my first three mixtapes. But my friend, who I sent the mix to today because I was way to antsy with tumblr down not to share, told me the first thing that comes to mind is audible warmth. Now, that might be a bunch of marketing mumbo jumbo but it really does fit. It’s like that feeling when you step out of your residence for the first time and the sun wraps you up and lays down a layer of warmth. You smile and tell yourself it’s a good day to be alive. As most the United States hits a cold snap, allow BEARHAUS to warm you.
